Dana has a wide-ranging knowledge of collection business since starting as a debt collection specialist in 1995. Over the course of her career, she has held several positions in the collection industry. These include Assistant Human Resource Manager, Collection Manager and Office Manager. As the current Operations Manager, she works with our accounts receivables and integrates new business formats from your company into our collection software. Additionally, she works to develop systems to make the collection of your account as efficient as possible.
